Our Story
Haven of Victory Initiative (HOVI) was founded with a burning passion to address the rising tide of juvenile delinquency, street children, and drug abuse in Nigeria.
What started as a small community outreach has grown into a structured organization providing comprehensive rehabilitation, vocational training, and educational support to hundreds of young people.
We believe that no child is beyond redemption and that with the right support, every young person can become a valuable asset to society.
